Our mission is to remove barriers to re-entry and reduce recidivism to 0% within 3 years.
VISION STATEMENT
We envision a future where 500 formerly incarcerated individuals annually reintegrate into society successfully, equipped with in-demand technical skills, secure meaningful local employment, and achieve stable, affordable housing within 36 months of program entry.

Specific Technical Education
We commit to providing 500 students annually with industry-recognized pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship training programs, tailored to local job market needs.
Measurable Local Employment Impact
We will secure immediate employment for 100% of our students and retain for at least 80% of our 500 annual graduates within their local communities, tracking job retention rates over a 3-year period.
Achievable Affordable Housing Goals
We aim to assist 90% of our 500 annual students in securing stable, affordable housing within 36 months of program entry, aligning with our vision timeline and collaborating with local housing authorities and developers.
Realistic Holistic Support
We will provide comprehensive support to all 500 annual students, addressing technical skills, employability, and access to community resources, with monthly progress assessments. We will report the results of these assessments in October and April of each year to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
Time-bound Community Collaboration
We will establish partnerships with at least 50 local employers, 10 housing providers, and 20 community organizations annually to create a robust support network for our 500 students.
Evidence-based Innovation
We will continuously evolve our programs based on recidivism data and employment statistics, implementing at least two research-backed improvements to our curriculum each year.
Resourceful Empowerment
We will leverage existing community resources and develop at least three new partnerships annually to create cost-effective pathways for our 500 students to attain self-sufficiency and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
